An application is incomplete if necessary documents are missing or are not available in the correct form (see information sheet). We will then be unable to review your application for recognition as a nursing assistant. If documents are missing or the form of the documents is incorrect, you will receive a written message from us. We will inform you which documents we still need from you. Important: Please be sure to respond to our message about the missing documents. Otherwise we will have to reject your application and you will incur costs.
