You must submit an informal application to anerkennung-pflege@lfp.bayern.de. This must contain the following:

• Assurance that you have sufficient rooms and teaching materials to conduct the knowledge test (informal is sufficient; room plans can be requested on a random basis).
• Proof of sufficiently qualified examiners within the meaning of Section 45 (3) sentence 2 (oral part), (5) sentence 2 (practical part) PflAPrV.
• Naming of the persons, stating their qualifications, who will act as examination chairpersons.
• Proof of technical concept (If you follow the LfP guidelines and the framework plan, an assurance to this effect is sufficient. You can find these on our homepage: www.anerkennung-pflege.bayern.de ).
• Optional: Indication of whether preparatory courses are offered.
